Small mouth is a fighting game fish--it never stop darting and jumping until you grip its jaw. Generally, small mouth could hardly exceed 10lbs, and also prefer a current surrounding, like creek, stream or big river. The best softbaits for SMB include grub, swim shad and jerkbait, also, TUBE w/ or w/o JIG!!! Suspending minnow and topwater plugs are among the very good hardbaits selection.

Always funny to fish small mouth bass. But I don't think there is any in China.

Actually, SMB only live in the Great Lakes long long ago in the US. However, it was distributed all around the country(Including Hawaii), by some...fanatic anglers...maybe. :36_2_5F25
